The Recognition Problem Nobody Talks About — And the Room I Built to Solve It
An invitation to the women who are done performing their way into the wrong rooms
There’s a particular kind of disconnection that can be sensed.
You show up to an event. You network. You post online. You pitch yourself into rooms — online and offline — and you say the right things to the right people. And yet. You leave still feeling unseen and unrecognised.
But I’d spent years putting myself across rooms and networks that weren’t reciprocal. Remember the Facebook Groups and the LinkedIn Groups that never felt inviting or reciprocal. Giving energy into connections that didn’t flow back. Maintaining relationships out of a sense of responsibility rather than genuine resonance.
I know what people fatigue feels like. I know what it feels like to lose yourself in a network — to be so focused on everyone else’s connection that you forget to honour your own need to rest, replenish, and return to yourself.
And I knew — when I built this — that I was building it differently. It’s not your typical network where you maintain everything and everyone.
It’s a Harmonious Haven where the right relationships find you. Where reciprocity is built into the infrastructure. Where your influence flows from authentic connection — not from stretching yourself thin and connecting with the wrong people.
I know this disconnection. I lived it for long enough to understand that it wasn’t a confidence problem, or a messaging problem, or a visibility strategy problem.
It was a recognition problem.
The platforms I was using — other people’s platforms — weren’t designed for the kind of connection I needed. I was always a guest in someone else’s house, working within someone else’s rules, visible to people who couldn’t quite see me. And the women I wanted to find — the ones carrying real wisdom, real experience, real contribution — were lost in the noise too.
So I stopped trying to find the right room.
And I built one. A room that is built with depth, originality, and authenticity as key values.
The Contribution Compass is the tool I couldn’t find anywhere else.
This is certainly not a coaching programme, course or mastermind, and most certainly not another Facebook group
It’s a reciprocal and relationship building ecosystem — built on Human Design — that does something I’ve never seen another platform do:
It shows you exactly who you’re here to connect with, based on the specific qualities they carry. And it shows them you, your wisdom, how you best work and your collaboration style.
No awkward pitching. No performing expertise to earn your place. No follower counts deciding your worth.
Just women recognising each other — clearly, specifically, and with the kind of energetic accuracy that makes collaboration feel inevitable rather than fake and forced.
Inside The Contribution Compass, you also get direct access to your Human Design Bodygraph and your personal blueprints — extracted automatically, no prior knowledge needed. And you get direct access to me, Amy, for questions.
Because I built this from the ground up, I control how it functions and who I allow in. That matters. A lot.
Which brings me to why I’m writing this.
I’m opening the founding circle now.
Not to hundreds of women. To three to five.
Women who feel it when they read this. Women who are done overperforming to be visible and ready to be genuinely recognised. Women who want to help shape what this movement becomes — not just benefit from it.
Founding Contributors receive:
Limited - time free access. A founding member rate for life after the free access period is over.
When you refer another woman to join, you receive a personal insight reading into your 40s or 50s cycle as a thank you for sharing The Contribution Collective to others — The 40s and 50s cycle, provides what it means for the connections you’re here to build and the environment where those connections will actually flourish. This free cycles insight is only available for the next two weeks.
In return, the person who you referred and invited in, will have 14 days free access to explore the WebApp and if they stay after the 14 days free period, will also pay the low founding contributors monthly rate for as long as they remain a Contributor.
As a Founding Contributor, you also have real permission to help shape the Contribution Collective Movement — so it works for you, supports your recognition amongst other Contributors, and reflects what women like you actually need. Your voice matters in how this grows.
And should you choose to stay beyond your three months — the Founding Contributors become something more.
You move from Founding Contributor to Contribution Co-Creator.
This is reserved for the women who choose to go all the way — the ones who will stand alongside me in expanding The Contribution Collective Movement. With that comes access to deeper insights into your Human Design, as and when they’re needed, based on exactly where you are in your cycle. Nothing generic. Not pre-packaged, but specific to you, your Human Design and the season you’re in.
Co-Creators aren’t just Collaborators. They are the chosen women this movement is built with.
A year from now, I want you to be the woman who says:
“I was there at the beginning. I helped shape it. And now I have a room of my own — full of women who actually see me.”
Not a follower count. Not a viral moment.
A room. Built on recognition. Yours.
If this is for you, you’ll know.
Come and find your people.
Send me a DM and I’ll send you more information with a Video demo of what happens when you join The Contribution Collective with access to The Contribution Compass WebApp.
